Product price and courier charge
The price shown on our website is the price of the product only. It does not include courier or delivery charges.

Courier charge
Products are sent through a courier service. The courier charge depends on the courier’s rate at the time of sending, and it is paid by the customer in addition to the product price.

Payment
Payment is made in advance. We accept all kinds of online payment. Before making an online payment, please call us on +88 022233-64513 or +88 01404443673 to confirm the payment details. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and we do not have any conditional delivery system.

Delivery time
Delivery is made through courier, excluding government holidays.

Inside Dhaka: same day or the next working day.
Outside Dhaka: one to two working days.

Delays
If delivery is delayed because of a problem with the courier service, Capricorn Computers is not responsible for the delay.
